Age Concern Slough and Berkshire East provides services which enable older people to continue to live independently and make the most of life. Many of these local services just wouldn't happen without the help of people like you.
If you want to meet new people, put something back into your community, learn a new skill or do something completely different, becoming a volunteer for Age Concern Slough and Berkshire East could be just the opportunity for you.
Ways you can help
There are lots of things you can do
 - Visit an older person at home
- Help in a day centre or lunch club
- Assist in one of our charity shops
- Support people through advocacy
- Assist with administration and reception
- Help as a Re-use centre sales person or receptionist
- Help people with form filling, information and benefits advice
- Take part in and help arrange fundraising opportunities
- Help with craft, flower arranging, jewellery making and painting
- Help as a Re-use centre sales person or receptionist
- Use your professional, technical or practical experience as an IT tutor or back to work advisor
